HESA Consultation on Changes to the HE-BCI Survey – Your Input Matters!

As many PraxisAuril members will know, HESA has issued its final consultation on proposed changes to the HE-BCI survey. As well as changes to HE-BCI this consultation also asks for feedback on plans for a one-off collection of spinout data, in order to produce a more robust UK data set with reduced burden in the longer-term (pertaining to Table 4).

The Future Development of the Knowledge Exchange Concordat

The Knowledge Exchange Concordat provides a comprehensive and supportive framework for increasing the effectiveness of knowledge exchange and the development year has encouraged innovation, reflection, improvement and collaboration in knowledge exchange activities. To build on this success, ensure future sustainability for the KEC and to enhance its developmental impact, the KEC Strategy Group has agreed that the KEC will be led across the UK by PraxisAuril, the professional body for knowledge exchange from April 2024.

Change of leadership at PraxisAuril

After 12 months leading PraxisAuril into a new phase of its development, David Russell is stepping down in March as CEO of the organisation. He will be succeeded as Interim CEO by Dr Stuart Wilkinson RTTP, currently Assistant Director of Innovation and Engagement at the University of Oxford, and a Board member of PraxisAuril.

It was a real privilege to Chair a session in which four brilliant speakers spoke so candidly from the heart about their own experiences - and which then quickly developed into one of the most fast and furious Zoom chats I’ve ever experienced, with a very large audience participating enthusiastically in the discussion!
