The PraxisAuril Board is a collaborative, considered and supportive volunteer team that welcomes discourse, new ideas, challenge and independent thought.
Following an open call for expressions of interest at the end of last year, we are delighted to confirm that Olga Kozlova has been appointed as our new Director on the PraxisAuril Board, serving a four-year term. Olga brings significant strategic and wide experience that will further strengthen our volunteer team and we are all looking forward to working with her.
We were excited to have a very strong field of candidates from which to appoint this year and would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge and thank all those who applied.
To note that as part of a review of our Governance processes, we have extended the terms of Amanda Selvaratnam, Gurmit Kler and Amanda Baxendale so that all PrA Directors are now appointed for four years.
