PrA member event: Social Impact Framework discussion

Join PraxisAuril members on 23rd March for an exploratory discussion of KPIs for knowledge exchange that can demonstrate the social value of KE partnerships and KE actvities with less financial-driven outcomes. This is an emerging area of interest that draws on experience of KEF narrative statements and REF impact case studies, as well as values drawn-out through the KEC self-evaluation and action planning processes.
The aim of the event is to share current understanding of existing frameworks (e.g. The National Social Value Measurement Framework), hear how individual HEIs are tackling the introduction of value-based KPIs, and discuss how PrA can build and support this important discussion by engaging with funders and policymakers.
The event will be hosted by Tamsin Mann, PraxisAuril’s Director of Policy & Communications. Tamsin will be joined by speakers from the ESRC, InnovateUK KTN and University of Edinburgh who will share their approaches to capturing social impact and value. This is a knowledge-sharing event so please be prepared to contribute to the discussion and talk about your own approaches to tackling this particular challenge of KE. We are unlikely to have all the answers so our objective is to capture questions and consider next steps.

This event will take place on Wednesday, 23rd March at 2-3pm. Please register by following this link. There is no charge for attendance. If you have any questions ahead of the event please contact Tamsin directly via tamsin.mann[at]praxisauril.org.uk.
