PraxisAuril is the UK's not-for-profit association for university and public sector knowledge exchange and commercialisation professionals.
Membership of PraxisAuril is on an organisational level - so if your institution or establishment is a member, so are you!

PraxisAuril volunteer Board and Committees are populated by expert knowledge exchange and technology transfer practitioners who are passionate about sharing best practice to shape the profession.
The enthusiasm and energy of these expert practitioners, supported by PraxisAuril's office team, drives and informs a broad range of activities in policy, training and conference programme development.
PraxisAuril encourages volunteer engagement from across its membership, including experienced practitioners with a significant track record as well as relative newcomers. Members interested in volunteering will usually have attended PraxisAuril training and conference events and will be RTTP qualified, or in the process of qualifying.
With practical training and support provided, volunteering at PraxisAuril is a fantastic opportunity for personal professional development and profile-raising while making a real contribution to the sector.

Members of the PraxisAuril community are invited to contact the PraxisAuril office throughout the year to find out more about getting involved. Information about specific current or upcoming opportunities will be promoted on this website, at PraxisAuril events, via the PraxisAuril Directors’ Jisclist and in advance of the AGM.

How to apply
To express interest in volunteering for PraxisAuril, please submit a personal statement and your current CV (including details of a referee, usually a line manager) by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Your personal statement should describe how you would like to support the work of PraxisAuril and provide details of the particular knowledge, experience, skills and connections that you have to offer.
Board & Committee Membership
Applications for Board Membership will be reviewed by the PraxisAuril Appointments sub-group as vacancies arise, before submission to the PraxisAuril Board for approval and ratification by members at the AGM. Applications to join the Conference, Training, Industry Engagement or Advocacy Committees will be reviewed by the Executive Director and the Committee Chair throughout the calendar year and new appointments made as opportunities arise.
