To register, please complete the registration form online and press submit. Registrations will be acknowledged automatically by return email. When there is a high level of demand for a training course, we may allocate places on a 'per organisation' basis to ensure that we have the optimum spread of delegates on each course, in which case you will receive a second email confirming whether or not you have been allocated a place. If the course is full you can still book online and you will be placed on a waiting list, if a place becomes available we will contact you.
Payment must be received within 30 days from date of invoice or 30 days before the event starts, whichever is the earlier. Failure to send payment by this date may result in your place being cancelled. Payment is accepted by cheque, debit/credit card or bank transfer. Organisations paying by bank transfer must ensure that bank transfer fees are paid. PraxisAuril reserves the right to recoup any unpaid bank transfer fees.
Residential Training Courses - Fees cover: registration event, refreshments and lunches throughout the course, and either one or two evening dinners with drinks (depending on the course being attended).
Conference - Fee covers: registration event, refreshments and catering throughout the conference, gala dinner
One Day, and other, events - Fees cover: refreshments and lunch (where applicable).
A full refund will be given, less any card processing fees and bank charges, for written cancellations received up to 30 days before the event start date. The full fee will be payable after this period and in the event of failure to attend without notice of cancellation.
Substitutions may be made. PraxisAuril must be notified about substitutions at least two working days before an event starts. In the event that you are unable to provide a substitute, PraxisAuril will endeavour to find a replacement delegate from its waiting list. Should this not be possible, for whatever reason, normal cancellations rules will apply.
Where PraxisAuril is successful in finding a replacement delegate, a £150 administration fee becomes due.
Fees do not include overnight accommodation. Delegates are responsible for booking their own accommodation at courses and the conference. Details of discounted rates at hotels local to the event venue will be sent to you in the confirmation email once your place has been confirmed.
Information provided during the booking process, regarding access and/or dietary requirements, may be shared with the venue(s) where the event(s) is/are being held to enable them to cater for your needs'.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you consent to your name, job title (if applicable), and organisation appearing on the delegate list for the event which will be sent to all attendees of the event. If you do not wish for your details to appear, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellation by PraxisAuril
In the unlikely event that PraxisAuril is required to cancel an event, delegates will be offered either a full refund for fees or credit for the full amount to use towards a place at another PraxisAuril event. PraxisAuril shall not be liable for non-delivery of courses as a result of causes beyond its reasonable control including (but not limited to) war, terrorism, acts of God, fire, floods, strikes, delays in transportation.
This is a binding contract.
Attendance certificates with RTTP (Registered Technology Transfer Professional) points will only be issued to those who attend the entire course (ALL sessions). Certificates are not issued for attendance at conferences, but 10 points will be awarded.
Photography, video and audio recording
Unless you specify otherwise you give your consent to marketing photographs and/or video and audio content being taken/recorded at the event in which you may appear.
