The spinout can project AR onto objects through smartphones, unlocking a huge number of potential applications for the burgeoning sector.
The spinout is the 150th from Oxford University, and the first Oxford University company to start life in the US.
Seed investors include General Catalyst, the world’s largest university venture fund Oxford Sciences Innovation, and Robert Del Naja of Massive Attack.
