PraxisUnico (Cambridge, UK) and JUSIRUI Management Consulting (Beijing, PRC) are pleased to announce an international, strategic relationship for delivery of outstanding training to Chinese professionals working in the fields of technology transfer, knowledge exchange and commercialisation. 

PraxisUnico Conference Committee member, Adam Stoten, appointed as new COO.

PraxisUnico Conference Committee member Adam Stoten has been appointed the new Chief Operating Officer at Oxford University Innovations (OUI), the new name for Isis Innovation. Adam has been an active PraxisUnico conference committee member since 2013, and continues to support the development and delivery of our Conference.  

PraxisUnico and Croda work together to Facilitate Accelerate Innovation in the UK Chemical Industry

As part of PraxisUnico's commitment to university-business collaboration, we worked with Croda International Plc to knowledge exchange day for the chemistry industry. We spoke on the importance of business and university partnerships in accelerating innovation across the chemical industry. This follows on from previous events PraxisUnico have run e.g. with telecoms and defence sector events.

Science, Innovation and Translation

Praxis Unico is one of the content partners at the UK Science Park Association’s conference in York that is being held on 9 and 10 May.

Delegates to the Conference will have a multitude of sessions to choose from. These range from Science and Innovation Policy, Building Design, Operation and Management of Facilities in the UK and Internationally with numerous case study and good practice sessions.

Event Report: Innovate 2015

Last week the government hosted Innovate 2015 exhibiting hundreds of innovative ideas and celebrating global entrepreneurship from technology to pharmaceuticals. Many of which were helped by the government through advice and funding.

PraxisUnico very much enjoyed meeting lots of members and new contacts at Innovate 2015 on. It was also great to see lots of our members showcasing their success including NIHR, University of Strathclyde, Coventry University and Lancaster University.
