This course covers the essentials of HOW to start a new venture. It will be of particular benefit to those who have either had direct experience of company formation already, or who have attended New Venture Creation 1 (WHEN to start a new venture).
Most technology transfer offices are not short of good technologies, they lack good licensees. The course follows the process through identifying potential licensees, persuading them that they want the technology and then concluding equitable and watertight deals with them.
