The Low Carbon Economy Directorate in Transport Scotland works collaboratively across Government, the wider public sector and the private sector to accelerate the transition to zero-emission transport, while maximising the benefits to the Scottish economy in terms of innovation, energy provision, commercial opportunity and skills development.
