Membership Benefits

The value of PraxisAuril membership

Our network of over 5000 individuals is responsible for the range of activities which facilitate the commercialisation of university, public sector and charity-based research.  Organisations and institutions can benefit hugely from becoming members

Membership benefits the organisation - membership is on an organisational, not an individual, basis which means that everyone within the organisation has membership rights and access.

Value for money - individuals within member organisations are entitled to discounted attendance at our conferences, training courses and other events.  Members can also access early-bird offers not available to non-members.

Advocacy - ensuring that our community is recognised by sector stakeholders as a voice for knowledge exchange is a key priority for PraxisAuril. By working on behalf of our members we aim to ensure that your views are represented and heard in key policy debates, to help inform and shape new initiatives.

As a member, you have the opportunity to feed your views into key sector consultations and hear from policy makers at conference and other events.

Making new connections - our annual conferences, training courses and other events are a great way to make new connections.  We also hold exclusive member-only events.  Attendees and speakers include representatives from higher education, government, industry, professional firms, Public Sector Research Establishments and the NHS.

Professional development – all PraxisAuril training courses offer RTTP points, a global accreditation that demonstrates trust and confidence to your stakeholders and customers.

We support the route to RTTP and encourage the new form: RTTP Candidate Pathway to support you on your journey. For more information, please see http://attp.info/.  We also provide personal development opportunities for those involved with our training courses.

We support the professional development of our members by offering a 1:1 mentoring scheme for individuals, free of charge.  We will work with you to understand your aims, and then match you with a mentor.  Our mentors are senior individuals who will work with you to achieve your goals.

Member-only platforms – we offer secure forums for peer-to-peer discussions, and for posing queries and sharing information, these groups are of real value to our members

Communicate your successes - demonstrate your expertise – our newsletters and website act to signpost information relating to UK KE activity, expertise, success and impact Stakeholders including government, industry, funders and overseas organisations are all recipients of our wider communications.
