Sales and Information Associate x2

Role could be known as: account manager, sales processing associate, sales operation associate, sales officer.

 

Contract: Permanent. 35 hours per week. Will consider part time, compressed hours and flexibility working requests. Maximum of 2 days in the office.

What will I be doing?

  • Processing of sales orders and material transfer agreements from Ximbio’s clients, from the receipt of a purchase order to the shipping of materials and subsequent invoicing by engaging with CRUK’s finance team.
  • Addressing enquiries relating to the technical performance of Ximbio’s research tools and reagents for assigned accounts
  • Liaising with Ximbio’s vendors to communicate any manufacturing requirements in order to fulfil orders and maintain an active stock of products
  • Completing or assisting with the completion of agreement renewals including licences and revenue sharing agreements with university and commercial partners

 

What experience do I need?

  • Proven sales operations experience in a complex environment
  • Experience in an account management, sales or sales processing role
  • Contract and sales administration
  • Confident telephone communication and negotiation skills
