Research Innovation Manager (two posts): London School of Economics and Political Science

As part of a major initiative at the heart of the LSE 2030 strategy, we are building a new team dedicated to maximising the School’s impact through research commercialisation. We are seeking two Research Innovation Managers to work at the heart of the team, dedicated to supporting the commercialisation of research ideas and creating the commercialisation ecosystem.

The successful candidates for the Research Innovation Manager posts should be educated to honours degree or equivalent with strong experience in industry and/or university knowledge exchange and commercialisation; should understand legal and technical aspects of the complete commercialisation process from idea to application and should have an in-depth knowledge of the UK translational funding landscape and an understanding of business and investor interests.
