This is a unique opportunity to join a leading Research University driving a major research challenge-led offering.  The KTP Manager will take a leading role in strategic development, generation and management of Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) projects across the University and will be responsible for supporting the anticipated portfolio of successful projects.  This is a new role and central to the strategic plans of the College

The role will be responsible for, taking a leading role in establishing a KTP culture in the College, creating a strategy for the College, developing new applications and managing the business and academic relationships within the partnership as well as taking a leading role in managing the successful delivery of awarded KTP projects.

Based in the Research and Innovation Directorate, Knowledge Exchange and Enterprise team, you will be part of a proactive and ambitious team supporting and delivering challenge-led innovation for Royal Holloway and our industry partners.   We are looking for an experienced and motivated professional to deliver new partnerships, and provide professional input to exciting new opportunities.

This role will enable you to make a direct impact on enterprise generation, working alongside world leading researchers at the interface with industry.

The post is based in Egham, Surrey where the College is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London.
