At the Catapult, we Innovate for a Better World Empowered by Satellites and as our new Knowledge Exchange Manager, you will play an integral part in the Partnerships and Engagement team, focused on building strategic relationships between the Catapult, and our network of businesses, academic and research institutions, both in the UK and internationally.

The core of your role will be to identify, select and deploy a wide variety of Knowledge Exchange (KE) mechanisms, networking and research coordination mechanisms, to build collaborations between the Catapult, our business network, and external academic and research organisations across the UK and Internationally. As an ideal candidate, you are passionate about industry and believe in knowledge exchange and the opportunities it can create for the industry, as well as our economy. You have demonstrable experience with background in delivery of a wide range of knowledge exchange activities and are no stranger in building and managing relationships within the academic and scientific field. You are passionate about delivering change and creating opportunities combined with the ability to build and shape an environment where academia and industry work effectively together delivering innovation. It is important you have knowledge of relevant UK and European government departments and agencies (UKSA, ESA, Innovate UK, UKRI etc.)

Quick facts: This is a permanent role directly with Satellite Applications Catapult. We are based in Harwell with great public transport connections from all of Oxfordshire as well as London.
