This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on campus and some from home.

This new part time post (0.6 FTE) is available immediately on a fixed term basis until 31st December 2023.

Summary of the role:

We are looking to appoint a proactive team member within Innovation, Impact & Business to support the University of Exeter Business School's implementation and delivery of the Capgemini Invent Sustainability Leadership Development Programme (SLDP). You will work in support of the Programme Director and academic leads to provide effective programme co-ordination and cohort management, leading to successful delivery of the programme.

Key responsibilities:

Support the development and delivery of the Capgemini Invent SLDP, working with the wider Professional Education Team and academic leads to ensure a great customer experience and client satisfaction.

Act as an expert for the Capgemini Invent SLDP programme, creating and supporting systems and processes to ensure effective programming, participant on-boarding, programme management, reporting and feedback.

Provide excellent customer service to University of Exeter Business School and Capgemini Invent SLDP stakeholders and participants.
