A rare opportunity is presented to head up one of the key teams in the Research, Innovation and Knowledge Exchange Directorate at the University of York.
As Head of Policy, Integrity and Compliance, you would be responsible for a varied portfolio, with individual team members having specific areas of expertise within the broad remit, including responsibility for REF and its successor. You and your team will provide advice and guidance to academic departments and work proactively and collaboratively in response to a changing research landscape to ensure the University has appropriate policies and procedures in place and to maintain the highest standards of research integrity. You will liaise directly with senior leaders including the PVCs and be a member of the Directorate’s management team, to manage resources, develop staff and support the academic community.
