The successful candidate will provide tailored business support advice to student and recent graduate entrepreneurs, drawing on skills, knowledge and experience to provide advice and to facilitate relationships between clients and internal and external partners in the enterprise support network.  The Enterprise Advisor will also develop and evolve the services and support available to student entrepreneurs including the ABVenture Zone facility that provides incubation space for entrepreneurs, and will manage and support competitions for business ideas and plans.  Experience of company creation and start up including business planning, team building, raising finance and intellectual property will be advantageous. 

Salary will be at the appropriate point on the Grade 6 scale (£33,199- £39,610 per annum), with placement according to qualifications and experience. 

Any appointment will be made subject to satisfactory references and a 12 month probation period. 

As this appointment is subject to Scottish Funding Council Funding, it will be available for 12 months in the first instance.
