“I’m looking for someone who can turbo-charge our internal collaboration and our shared understanding of our external relationships. I’d love to hear from people who are natural networkers, with the curiosity to want to know about all corners of Brunel and the skills to bring colleagues together”
This is a senior role at the heart of the University. You will be working closely with the Chief Business and Innovation Officer (CBIO) and their team to deliver Brunel’s new External Engagement, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Strategy (EEI&E).
You will personally lead multiple workstreams to deliver the strategy, as well as co-chairing the University’s most senior external engagement forum. As part of the role, you will be reporting directly to the CBIO and recruiting and line managing an intern, but most importantly you will drive our internal collaboration and standards for external engagement.
You will be educated to degree level or have equivalent experience, including experience of bringing together internal stakeholders. In addition, you will have excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to negotiate, influence and lead change.
