Collaboration Development Manager: University of Westminster

This post is full time and permanent, working 35 hours per week. The salary stated is the starting salary. 

This is an exciting senior role within the newly created Research and Knowledge Exchange Office. You will join existing staff and provide leadership for the Collaboration Development Team. The team work closely with academic colleagues and senior leaders to proactively support the development of collaborations that build on our research base. The team support engagement with a range of stakeholders including SMEs, businesses, 3rd sector and community organisations with the goals of creating mutual benefit and value through funded knowledge exchange projects. 

Successful candidates will have a strong track record in developing and supporting collaborations between researchers and non-academic partners. A strong awareness of how University expertise may be developed and utilised, through a range of knowledge transfer activities, will be important in the role. The role requires excellent communication skills and a good understanding of the knowledge exchange landscape within the UK and beyond.
