Would you like to be an integral part of an exciting new programme that will combine science excellence with entrepreneurial thinking to develop solutions to the problems of climate change associated with agriculture?
We are seeking an experienced Programme Manger to provide the operational, managerial and general administrative support required for the leadership team to deliver an effective entrepreneurship programme to develop innovative enterprises with potential for high impacts on climate change.
You will have excellent inter-personal skills as well as be highly organized, have personal drive, and a track record evidencing high-level management of projects of a complex and fluid structure, including monitoring and reporting on progress and finances.
The entrepreneurship programme is supported by a £3.5M Fund and is led by Rothamsted Research, who will work closely with the University of Hertfordshire, UCL and Cranfield University to deliver the programme. The Programme Manager will be based on the Rothamsted campus and will also play an essential role in building strong working relationships among the consortium partners and members of the entrepreneurship programme, to build a vibrant and successful peer-to-peer learning culture.
