BRC Translational Research Manager: University of Bristol

To help build on significant recent investments across the Health and Life Sciences, the University of Bristol is now seeking an experienced Translational Research Manager to join us in making a difference to people’s lives by helping to drive the translation of life-changing interventions, medicines, diagnostics and devices.

 

You will lead on translation for the NIHR Bristol Biomedical Research Centre, led by our partners, the University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Trust and support other translational projects across the two institutions.

 

You will be responsible for identifying translational opportunities and provide expert support to progress these opportunities towards patient benefit or commercial partnering.  You will have a good knowledge of health or life science industries and use this experience to form collaborative partnerships with a range of stakeholders based on diverse portfolio of innovations arising from research undertaken at the University and the Trust.
