The IST Technology Transfer Office provides a one-stop shop of support services to researchers interested in engaging with industry or in developing their technologies into marketable products or services. We actively promote entrepreneurship among students and staff. We work hand-in-hand with IST-Cube (www.ist-cube.com), a venture fund focused on early-stage tech start-ups which was co-founded by IST. In 2019 a technology park will open at IST, providing infrastructure for tech start-ups, with convenient access to leading research groups and a host of modern facilities at IST .
