This online course is for anyone who is new in a Knowledge Exchange role in HE/research organisation, and those who are experienced in one aspect of KE and want to understand the wider context and other modes of knowledge exchange. 

This online course is for anyone who is new to a Knowledge Exchange or impact of research role and also for those who are experienced in one aspect of KE and want to understand the wider context.

Course Dates:

  • Session 1: 31 October 2022, 09:00 – 13:30
  • Session 2: 1 November 2022, 09:00 – 13:00
  • Session 3: 2 November 2022, 09:00 – 12:30
  • Session 4: 8 November 2022, 09:00 – 13:00
  • Session 5: 10 November 2022, 09:00 – 13:30

*Please be aware, timings may be subject to minor amends.

Delegates may not have much experience of working with businesses and probably not much experience of the different forms of interactions that can take place between universities and businesses.   

Delegates will most likely be working in higher education and public sector research.  They may have some experience in specific areas of developing or managing knowledge exchange or research opportunities, but less knowledge and understanding around the breath and drivers around different aspects of Knowledge Exchange.  

PLEASE NOTE: There may be a requirement for delegates to undertake some pre-course work/reading before the course begins.
